Orders are redeemed at IKEA upon getting an advance payment. The amount of the advance is from 25% to 50% depending on the volume and other conditions. This can always be clarified with our operator.
Currently, it is possible to pay by card online, in cash, by Visa / Master card, Russian card in rubles, as well as by bank transfer to our Montenegrin company

Delivery to home address
When you place an order on the website, you can order delivery to your address. Delivery costs are calculated depending on the weight of the order, and you can always see it on the cart page when you create an order. We will unload the goods from the car and lift them to your floor, this is for free.

All personal data is strictly stored and is only accessible to employees who need it to perform their jobs. Complaints
In case of dissatisfaction with goods purchased on the webshop www.montikea.me, the customer has the right to return it within 14 days from the day of delivery, without giving reasons, by sending a written notification to the e-mail address info@montikea.me or at the address CLOVER GROUP d.o.o., Topliški put bb Budva, 85310, Budva. The period of 14 days begins to run from the day when the goods that are the subject of the contract are handed over to the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer, who is not the carrier.
The customer can return the goods only if they are undamaged, in the original packaging and have the accompanying documentation that was delivered together with them (receipt, warranty, user manual).
If the buyer returns the goods he is not satisfied with by mail, he bears the costs of this delivery himself.
Within 30 days from the receipt of the notification about the return of the goods by the buyer, and after receiving the undamaged goods in the original packaging and with all accompanying documentation, our company will return the entire amount to the buyer, in the same way in which the payment was made, unless expressly does not require otherwise.
Before handing over the ordered goods to the courier service, our employees will check them in detail and ensure that there are no visible damages. The goods will be packed in a way that prevents their damage during transport. When picking up the goods from the courier service, the buyer is obliged to inspect them and file a complaint for any possible damage to the person who makes the delivery.
If the buyer notices physical damage to the goods after taking over the shipment (after the courier service representative has left), he can report them to the address info@montikea.me within 24 hours. Complaints submitted in this way will be investigated in detail with the courier service, but we reserve the right to refuse them. Claims for physical damage submitted after more than 24 hours from the moment of delivery cannot be accepted.
Each product on the webshop has its own picture and description. Although we have tried to make the images and descriptions credible, we cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy of the data. In the event that the goods do not correspond to their picture or description on the website, the buyer has the right to return them, whereby the full value of the invoice will be reimbursed.
In case of failure within the warranty period, the customer can contact CLOVER GROUP d.o.o. as a dealer, or an authorized repairer as indicated on the invoice.
